• All sales are final. Due to the nature of my work, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
• The only exception is if an item arrives damaged. In that case, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for review. If approved, I will issue a replacement or store credit.
• Commissioned artwork is 100% non-refundable. Each custom piece is a personal collaboration, and time, materials, and creative energy go into every project.
• 50% deposit required for all commissions. This deposit is non-refundable and secures your place in my schedule. The remaining balance is due upon completion before shipping/delivery.
• Processing times vary based on the nature of the project. Estimated timelines will be discussed before finalizing your order.

• Handmade & Custom Items: Completion times vary depending on the complexity of the piece. Once finished, please allow 5-8 business days for shipping.
• Third-Party Fulfillment: Items fulfilled through my printing partner typically ship within 5-6 business days after processing.
• Special Releases & Limited Drops: These are processed in batches, so fulfillment times may vary. Updates will be provided via email.

• U.S. Orders: Shipping is free on all domestic orders. Your price at checkout includes shipping costs.
• International Orders: Flat-rate shipping applies based on item size and weight:
  • Small items (shirts, small prints, accessories): $30
  • Medium items (hoodies, duffle bags, larger prints): $60
  • Large/heavy items (framed prints, oversized artwork): $100+
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

• Customs Fees & Duties: International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their country.
• Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing. Please allow extra time for international shipments.

• Custom designs and commissions are currently open.
• Creative Direction: I work in my unique style. If you're looking for something outside of that, I may not be the right fit.
• Revisions: Minor tweaks are allowed during the draft phase, but excessive changes or complete redesigns will require additional fees.
• Deadlines: If you need a rush order, an additional fee will apply.
• Artist Rights: I retain the rights to all original artwork, including commissions, unless a separate licensing agreement is arranged.

• I reserve the right to decline any project that does not align with my artistic vision, values, or creative interests.
• Colors & Mockups: Colors may slightly vary from what you see on screen due to monitor differences.
• Respect for Art: Please do not copy, resell, or alter my artwork without permission.
